Telecom Italia France (Telecom Italia S.p.A group) offers voice, broadband and value added services to both residential and business customers across the whole France, with a strategy based on local loop unbundling and leveraging its integrated IP based network.

Italtel solutions

Italtel has been selected by Telecom Italia France for the implementation of its IP multi-service network in France, which is devoted to the delivery of integrated voice/data/video services for TIF users.
Italtel supplied a full iMSS-NGN Class 5 solution, based on the Italtel i-SSW (Italtel Softswitch), supporting voice services over both traditional access (V5.2 and ISDN) and broadband. The solution also provides an integrated database for Intelligent Network services like LNP and CLI screening.
In this way, Telecom Italia France can expand its footprint very efficiently, simply extending its IP-based network into new PoPs and use Italtel solution to deliver voice and multimedia to end-users in additional cities inside and outside the country.
