Italtel participates at Cisco HCS / Cisco Spark Business Summit and Specialist Training in Paris (9th – 13th October 2017)
There is now a significant installed base of HCS in the Cisco partner community as well as live customers on various partner HCS implementations. HCS is undergoing continuous improvement to align to Cisco’s vision of an Experience-Centric, Cloud-Connected and Value-Extended future of Collaboration. In particular, Cisco Spark allows partners to extend HCS with new services and the Shared Architecture allows to extend the Cisco HCS offer to the small business market.
Italtel is happy to take part at Cisco HCS / Cisco Spark Business Summit and Specialist Training events that will take place in Paris the week of 9th October.
Cisco HCS/Cisco Spark Business Summit (Monday 9th and Tuesday 10th October):
This is a business strategy and sales focused event that will cover Cisco’s Cloud Collaboration vision and strategy, value propositions and new commercial offers (including HCS subscription). The 2 days will include dedicated sessions on best practices for service creation and go to market.
The event is essential for HCS practice managers, strategy planners and pre-sales professionals.
Giorgio Costantini, Senior Marketing Engineering UC & C In Italtel, will speak on Tuesday 10th October, in the business session from 1.15 to 4.30 pm. During his speech, Italtel will be presented both as a partner HCS Cloud Builder and as an Eco-system partner with a wide catalog of tools and products usable in HCS.
Cisco HCS/Cisco Spark Specialist Training (Wednesday 11th to Friday 13th October):
This is technical training with hands-on labs, and it is primarily aimed at pre-sales and post-sales technical staff. The agenda will consist of technical architecture overviews, best practice discussions and hands-on labs. We’ll cover the key components of the HCS solution. We’ll also deep dive into HCS Shared Architecture, Cisco Spark Hybrid Services, bottom up on-boarding processes, differentiation with OPA, and 3rd party application integrations.
Scarioni Daniele, Solution and System Engineer UC&C in Italtel, will provide all laboratory participants with the opportunity to live experience the features of the provisioning automation tool, realized by Italtel, ASAP (Automatic Shared Architecture Provisioning) on Thursday 12th October, in the specialist training session from 2.00 to 6.00 p.m.
