Europe is accelerating in adoption of SIP trunking

Digital Marketing Specialist

September 8, 2017 – The worldwide e-SBC market was 373M$ in 2016*.

North America had a revenue share lead of e-SBC sales of 67% of sales in 2Q17. However, the adoption of SIP trunking is accelerating also in EMEA, as we can see in the chart below**.

According to IHS Markit analysis: “Most of the gateway vendors are integrating more and more SBC functionality to capture the shift, in addition to offering software upgrades to the installed base of products”. But Italtel believes the migration to an IP Network introduces several issues, not only at the edge of the network, but also at center of it. Collaboration services, video communication, user mobility are now impermissible commodities and the systems that provide such services are increasingly numerous. Often in the same network different systems for different services are present. New appealing services are and will be provided in cloud.

How could you solve interoperability issues in your network?

The solution is a standalone e-SBC. A single system, with high capacity, high availability, able to solve “misunderstandings” either at the center (between different systems) and at the edge of your network (between Enterprise domain and Service Provider Network configuration).

Italtel e-SBC, NetMatch-S, is the synthesis of experience in problems solving inside and outside of a communication network.

So, if your goals are to:

  • evolve your network to grow your business up
  • solve both networking and security issues, and
  • allow your employees to use services without limits – by fix or mobile devices – and in any conditions – in and out of the office

Put an Enterprise-SBC at the border of your domain.
