The Italtel Group will supply Cable & Wireless Europe, Asia & US (EAUS), with a new softswitch platform to support its voice network evolution.
Italtel is a strategic Cable & Wireless partner, having previously provided a next generation softswitch for its Broadband Access platform.
Leading next generation voice network solution provider, Italtel, has been selected as prime supplier to expand Cable & Wireless EAUS’ Voice over IP (VoIP) infrastructure through Voice Transit Evolution (VTE), a Next Generation Network (NGN) solution.
