NetMatch is an intelligent system for the interoperability of communication services with Session Border Controller functions certified with Microsoft Teams to support routing to the public telephone network and interworking with communication and Smart Working private systems.
Milan, December 21, 2020 – Italtel has successfully completed Direct Routing certification for use with Microsoft Teams of NetMatch, its Intelligent System for the interoperability of communications and Session Border Controller (SBC). Direct Routing allows companies that use Teams Calling to directly manage the interconnection to the service provider, allowing users to make and receive calls to/from the public telephone network and to/from the company IP-PBX, in Teams.
NetMatch is used to solve interoperability among different communication platforms (IP-PBX, Unified Communication & Collaboration, Contact Center, etc.), even from different vendors and increase service quality thanks to its ability to solve audio and video interconnection problems between different platforms and technologies.

Italtel NetMatch meets the needs of companies that use Teams to manage the interconnection to the public PSTN network through the SIP trunking service and the VoIP interoperability between users with Teams client and users adopting other UC&C systems or IP-PBXs.
Already certified for Microsoft Lync 2013, Italtel’s SBC is able to support Skype for Business 2015 and integrate Microsoft’s Cloud Connect Edition for connectivity to PSTN of Skype for Business Online customers.
NetMatch supports Direct Routing both in scenarios with Microsoft Teams dedicated to individual customers and in scenarios with multi-tenant Microsoft Teams hosted by Telco Providers. For both contexts NetMatch can be deployed as a virtualized or cloud-native solution in private (VMware, KVM) or public (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) cloud environments, or simply as an on-premises appliance.
