The achievement of the highest level of certification on Communication certifies Italtel’s full mastery in the design, implementation and management of Unified Communication solutions for its customers globally.
This Microsoft expertise is added to the highly distinctive wealth of expertise that Italtel is able to express in the field of Business Communication and which ranges from aspects relating to audio and video communication, to collaboration tools up to the ability to guarantee, through proprietary products and system integration services, the interworking of solutions based on different technologies.
In fact, in the latter area, Italtel has already obtained Microsoft Direct Routing certification for use with Microsoft Teams of the proprietary Session Border Controller (SBC), called NetMatch.
