The Agile Service Architecture (ASA) greatly enhances the jointly developed Italtel and Cisco Managed Service Solution portfolio for small-medium business customers. It is based on Italtel’s Communication Service Expander (iCSE), which is one of the first successful applications developed as part of the Cisco Developer Network Program.
