Curiosity, determination, and challenges have always been the driving forces behind my professional journey. My career path has never been strictly linear or predictable, yet each step has contributed significantly to my growth, my learning, and my understanding of what I want to build for myself, all while navigating the complex corporate arena.

Early career and educational background

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering and an MBA in IT. Starting my career in 2007 as a Voice Engineer was an exciting first step into the telecommunications world. Over the past 15 years, I have experienced a dynamic and challenging journey, enriched with unforgettable lessons while serving major global telecom companies.

In 2022, I relocated from India to Germany, bringing with me both valuable professional experience and a collection of personal memories. This marked an exciting yet nervous start to a new chapter in my professional and personal life.

Joining Italtel: a new chapter

After serving a telecom SME in Germany until January 2025, I joined Italtel in February 2025. As with any significant professional transition, I initially felt some natural apprehension about embracing a new chapter, a new role, and a new environment. However, from the very first days, Italtel confirmed the positive expectations that led me to this choice.

I discovered a diverse, collaborative, and supportive environment, where teamwork is highly valued and continuous learning is seen as a key driver for achieving shared goals.

Current role and responsibilities

In my current role, I serve as the Lead Pre-Sales Solution Architect for 5G Private Networks, ORAN/Open RAN, WLAN, and fixed and mobile voice solutions for enterprise and public sector clients. My responsibilities include:

• Collaborating closely with clients and internal stakeholders to define technical requirements and assess solution feasibility.
• Supporting tender and procurement activities, including RFIs, RFPs, and technical evaluations.
• Coordinating with vendors and partners to validate solution architectures, implementation timelines, and resource planning.

This role allows me to stay engaged every day, tackling new problems and addressing diverse challenges, which makes the work both interesting and rewarding.

What I enjoy most is contributing to a strong sense of teamwork and connecting with people across the globe. It’s an environment where ideas can be shared openly, learning from each other is encouraged, and the impact of our work is visible.
