IEEE Net Soft 2021 with the project Guard

The 7th IEEE International Conference on Network Softwarization (IEEE NetSoft 2021) is held in Tokyo, Japan from June 28 to July 2, 2021. The theme of the IEEE NetSoft 2021 “Accelerating Network Softwarization in the Cognitive Age” reflects the current trend of research in the area of network softwarization. The IEEE NetSoft 2021 showcases the latest research and development results including artificial intelligence / machine learning, self-driving and autonomic networking, policy-based network management, dynamic network slice provisioning, and other promising research areas for the sake of robust, reliable and cognitive softwarized networks.

On July 2, focused workshops and tutorials provide the opportunity to deep dive into the most advanced cognitive network softwarization. Italtel participates in the session “PS – Cyber Security EU funded projects” starting at 13.35 CET Time with a presentation on Guard Project, which develops a cybersecurity framework for complex business chains, composed by public services that exchange data and commands through open APIs. The speaker is Antonino Albanese, Research and Innovation Manager at Italtel, and the topic he covers is: “GUARD – Guarantee Reliability and trust for Digital service chains”.
