As Master of HCS Cloud Builder, ITALTEL is able to provide professional service to HCS partners ranging from HCS design, implementation, and maintenance to operations, for the full life cycle of HCS service enablement
The “Master HCS Cloud Builder” certificate formalizes the possibility for ITALTEL to provide, directly and in total independence or in collaboration with Cisco AS, the necessary activities for deploying UC&C and Contact Center services at the HCS Partner Data Center.
The document you are about to download will allow you to have a complete and detailed view of the HCS OPA (Open Platform Architecture) version, composed of Kurmi Provisioning Application and Imagicle Applications Suite. This is not a certification document.
