For more than 100 years we have believed that diversity of perspective is a catalyst for innovation and sustainable success over time. Our story tells of a company that has contributed to the technological advancement of our society and has always supported a culture of inclusion, thanks in part to the extraordinary vision of Marisa Bellisario, at the helm of Italtel from 1981 to 1988, who taught us how leadership has no gender, but rather manifests itself through talent, dedication and the ability to inspire others.
