HR Business Partnership & International Support: more than fifteen years’ experience in HR processes working side by side with Line Management to align organization with business targets. Drive key processes including staffing, organizational design, leadership & employee development, compensation planning and performance management for the Group, helping directly local management in foreign countries (Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Peru, Spain, France, Germany and Poland) in order to support growth in the international markets.
Change Management & Restructuring: in the context of the Company’s Restructuring Plan, defining and managing rightsizing programs, streamlining processes and organization, with the final goal of improving effectiveness and cost competitiveness and significant Labour Cost reduction.
HR Information Technology: drive transformation towards internal HR Management System projects based on new technology and platforms (HCM-Talentia, SAP-HR, Smart working solutions, Unified communication and collaboration tools, Social Media) to increase productivity and flexibility.
