ambiente di lavoro collaborativo, che tuteli ed integri la diversit\u00e0 e la parit\u00e0 di genere.<\/p>\n<p>E\u2019 stata definita, inoltre, una <a href=\"https:\/\/www.italtel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Politica-di-Speak-Up-di-Italtel-S.p.A.pdf\"><em>Politica di Speak up<\/em><\/a> che stabilisce le modalit\u00e0 e i canali di segnalazione di comportamenti in contrasto con i principi del proprio Codice Etico e, in particolare, con i principi che si iscrivono nel solco di una cultura inclusiva.<\/p>\n<p>Italtel ha anche sviluppato un <em>Piano per la prevenzione ed il trattamento delle molestie sul lavoro<\/em> in cui, tra le varie misure, si impegna ad istituire programmi di prevenzione della violenza e delle molestie sul lavoro e a promuovere una cultura basata sul rispetto.<\/p>\n<p>E\u2019 stato attuato un percorso formativo sul tema della parit\u00e0 e dell\u2019inclusione che ha coinvolto l\u2019intera popolazione aziendale, a partire dal top management, e un\u2019indagine interna in forma anonima su episodi di violenza e molestie sul luogo di lavoro.<\/p>\n<p>Sotto il profilo delle iniziative di sostenibilit\u00e0 sociale verso le proprie persone, Italtel ha promosso una campagna informativa attraverso webinar realizzati in collaborazione con LILT per sensibilizzare sull\u2019importanza della prevenzione oncologica femminile e maschile, condotta durante i mesi di ottobre e novembre 2024.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019azienda d\u00e0 voce alle sue persone attraverso la realizzazione di iniziative quali articoli e interviste dedicate al racconto del loro percorso professionale, ponendo attenzione agli aspetti di inclusivit\u00e0 e empowerment femminile, in
