Italtel accelerates growth in LATAM with the appointment of Paolo Pellegrineschi

Italtel announces the appointment of Paolo Pellegrineschi as Head of LATAM Markets, effective 1 February 2026. In his new role, Paolo Pellegrineschi will report directly to CEO Carlo Filangieri and will be responsible for driving the company’s strategic development across Latin American markets.

Paolo joined Italtel in January 2024 as Country Manager for France and subsequently expanded his responsibilities by taking on the role of International Manager, supporting the strategic and operational coordination of foreign countries, strengthening alignment with headquarters, and fostering the sharing of synergies and best practices at an international level.

As Head of LATAM Markets, Paolo Pellegrineschi will focus on strengthening collaboration between the LATAM countries – Peru, Colombia and Brazil – and Italtel’s headquarters, with the objective of accelerating business growth and customer portfolio development, while holding direct responsibility for results and profit and loss (P&L) for the region.

With extensive experience gained in leading multinational environments – including Nokia, Alcatel and Italtel – combined with strong leadership skills and a results-oriented approach, Paolo Pellegrineschi brings significant added value to Italtel’s continued growth in the LATAM markets.
