Customer experience is a competitive differentiator and Italtel, by meeting all criteria and completing the specific program, has obtained the Cisco Customer Experience (CX) Specialization, an exclusive Cisco program recognizing the skills and expertise that partners demonstrate in support client solutions across the full life cycle of Cisco solutions and services aimed to customer success.
Italtel is among the very first Cisco partners in Italy to achieve this specialization.
To be certified in Cisco’s CX Specialization program, partners must be validated for customer success requirements in staffing, methodology and technologies. The process includes specialized personnel training, customer references, validation of assets and resources used to accomplish daily job to:
- assess clients’ current infrastructure;
- provide both tactical and strategic recommendations to optimize their current investments;
- understand which technology products and services can save them money, increase performance and improve service levels;
- minimize risks in both security and availability.
