Italtel and exprivia to showcase ICT technology for digital transformation at MWC 2017
Partners will showcase solutions for Network Transformation, the IoT, Smart Health, Smart Cities, Quality of Experience and Augmented Reality at world’s largest mobile show
Milan, February 23 2017 – Italtel, a leading telecommunications company in IT system integration, managed services, Network Functions Virtualization (NFV) and all-IP solutions, and its strategic partner Exprivia will showcase a rich portfolio of solutions to support service providers, enterprises and the public sector in the digital transformation process at Mobile World Congress 2017.
As the world becomes increasingly connected, several key technology pillars and a strong capability to evolve existing infrastructures and solutions are required to support full digitalization. In this environment, Italtel and Exprivia – an international group enabling the digital transformation process through value-add solutions – can support customers with state-of-the-art solutions.
The topics that will be covered at Mobile World Congress are:
Network Transformation – demos of Italtel’s NFV products (including the virtualized Session Border Controller NetMatch-S CI and its version for the indirect channel NetMatch-S LE); a demo of Exprivia CryptoVox, a Voice IP over Wi-Fi app for secure, confidential calls using the connectivity of a company’s Wi-Fi network; a demo of Italtel’s vTU application for video uploads, leveraging mobile edge computing technology in the 5G era.
Smart Health – a demo of an advanced telemedicine system that integrates Italtel’s DoctorLINK and Exprivia’s eLifeCare platforms.
Smart Cities and Smart Energy – demos of solutions based on Italtel Internet of Things (IoT) platform for waste management, electric car charging points, services for the energy sector, including energy monitoring in data centers and telephone exchanges, as well as preventive analysis of leaks in pipes.
Quality of Experience – demos that focus on quality of service, based on Italtel Netwrapper product, and on the early identification of possible complaints, with a use case showcasing Italtel’s Itaca solution.
Finally, visitors to the booth will be able to virtually experience “life in Space” with an augmented reality solution, delivered by ACS, an Exprivia Group company.
Italtel and Exprivia will be exhibiting their solutions at Mobile World Congress – Stand 2G10, Hall 2 – in Barcelona from Monday, February 27 to Thursday, March 2.
