Italtel Group: Board of Directors approves first quarter results

The Board of Directors of Italtel Group S.p.A. (“Italtel Group” or the “Company”), chaired by Roberto Quarta, met today and approved the financial results for the first quarter of the 2006 financial year, reclassified according to IFRS accounting standards.
