Italtel Group Spa: Borsa Italiana gives go ahead for admission to Listing

With authorization n°4639 of May 15, 2006, Borsa Italiana gave go ahead to admission of Italtel Group S.p.A.’s shares to official listing on the MTA (Mercato Telematico Italiano).
