Italtel in the HR Today Global 100 HR Leaders 2025 Hall of Fame

Italtel announces a prestigious international recognition that highlights its leadership in the field of human resources.

Michele Saracino, Chief HR & Organization Officer of the Italtel Group, has been inducted into the Hall of Fame 2025 of the HR Today Global 100 HR Leaders, an initiative that honors HR professionals worldwide who stand out for their strategic vision, ability to create business value, and impact on people development.

With over 20 years of international experience, Michele Saracino has led people-centric HR strategies in multinational environments and high-growth organizations operating across the manufacturing, retail, and IT/Telco sectors, building a global career spanning Europe, Asia, and the Americas.

At Italtel, he is currently leading the redesign of the Group’s organizational model, guiding approximately 1,500 people across EMEA and South America through a transformation journey that integrates change management, organizational design, industrial relations, and talent development.

Alongside his corporate role, his commitment also extends to social and cultural dimensions: from promoting STEM careers for women, to chairing the Gender Equality Steering Committee, as well as mentoring students and supporting SMEs on Diversity & Inclusion and pay equity topics.

This recognition confirms a globally minded HR leadership and reflects the values that guide Italtel: a strong focus on people, social responsibility, and a forward-looking vision of the future of work.

“I am honored to be inducted into the Global 100 HR Leaders Hall of Fame 2025. My sincere thanks go to Italtel and to all my colleagues who, together with me, believed in and contributed to an HR strategy capable of generating a tangible impact for the organization and for the wider community.”

Michele Saracino said in commenting on the award.

This achievement represents a source of pride for Italtel and further strengthens the Group’s journey in promoting sustainable, inclusive, and value-driven leadership models.
