Italtel with Enel for the evolution of the Global Network

• Italtel will supply Enel with products and services for the evolution and migration of the Group’s network infrastructure worldwide.
• The new contract extends the collaboration between Italtel and Enel to Italy, Spain, Brazil and Colombia.

Milan, September 25, 2023 – Italtel, a multinational Information & Communication Technology company, has been awarded the Open Network 2 tenders launched by Enel in Spain, Colombia, Brazil and Italy, where Italtel operates in Temporary Grouping of Companies with Sirti Digital Solutions.

The contract provides for the provision of products and services for the migration and evolution of the global network of Enel, one of the world’s leading operators in the fields of electricity and gas and integrated services.

In order to better support the progressive growth of its business and improve the efficiency of its communication services at a global level according to Cloud logics, Enel has created an internal telecommunications infrastructure, reliable and scalable, to ensure maximum communication flexibility in the countries where the Group operates.

Under the contract, valid for 60 months, Italtel will provide Enel, both in Italy and abroad, with design, implementation, assistance, and maintenance of telecommunications networks.
