March 8: what we’ve learned working together

On the occasion of International Women’s Day, we asked some of our colleagues a simple question:

“What have you learned from working with women colleagues?”

Their answers reveal personal experiences and reflections that highlight the importance of diversity in the workplace. From teamwork and empathy to leadership and attention to detail, the contributions shared demonstrate how inclusive environments enrich professional relationships and strengthen collaboration across teams.

The video brings together different voices from across the company, each offering their perspective on the value women bring to everyday work. These testimonies show that diversity is not only a principle to support, but also a driver of innovation, mutual respect and growth.

Celebrating International Women’s Day is also an opportunity to recognize the everyday impact of our colleagues and to continue building a workplace where everyone can contribute and thrive.
