The personal data that you entered into the form will be used for the following purposes:
- allow you to participate in a free webinar organised by Italtel or third parties
- send you the newsletter that contains information and presentation of the Italtel Group companies, including products and services
- fulfil the obligations provided for by law (e.g. privacy information release or data release to the proceeding Authorities)
- cyber security needs
- any defensive needs.
The legal basis of the treatment consists of the need to participate in webinars, to issue consent for the mailing of the newsletter, the legal obligations and the legitimate interest which will include the defensive requirement, the security requirement and the communication within the group.
For the processings that are based on the consent, please remember that it is always revocable, easily and freely, in every newsletter you will find the clickable link for the revocation of consent. The revocation does not affect previous treatments.
Processing is carried out for the legitimate interest of the Data Controller. In the presence of reasons related to your particular situation, you can object to the processing. The Data Controller, in that case, refrains from further processing of personal data unless he/she demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that overrides the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject for the assessment, exercise or defence of a legal claim.
COMMUNICATION AND DISSEMINATION
The data collected will not be subject to disclosure and dissemination.
The data may be disclosed to third parties such as:
- a webinar organization company;
- public entities to fulfil legal obligations;
- judicial authority or legal firms for any defensive needs.
At any time, you may contact the Data Controller at firstname.lastname@example.org, or the Data Protection Officer appointed by Italtel at email@example.com in order to exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, data portability, the right to object, processing restriction and the other rights referred to in Articles 15 and ss. of the EU Regulation. These rights may be exercised by writing to the Data Controller and preferably indicating “privacy” in the subject. In the same manner, you can request the list of the Data Processors .
In addition, you may lodge a complaint for violation of personal data before the authority for the protection of personal data (www.garanteprivacy.it).
