TLC: better sms messages for the Romania`s mobile network implemented by Italtel using Cisco Systems technology

Italtel will install and deploy the IP-based Signalling Network for MobiFon, the first mobile operator in Romania. Cisco Systems technology, together with the network professional services by Italtel, will allow better and more available ISDN connections and SMS traffic and reduce the cost of network operations.
