With the aim of strengthening its position in the Information Technology for the managed services sector, Italtel Peru obtains all ISO qualifications in terms of management, continuity, quality and security and consolidates its leadership in IT managed services. The certification was issued by the Spanish body AENOR.
“The four certifications obtained by Italtel Peru consolidate us as strategic allies to accompany companies in their innovation and digitalization processes. We are in tune with the demands for innovation and security required by the local and regional market, and these certifications guarantee our commitment towards the customer,” said Jorge Huamán, Operations Director of Italtel Peru.
The Spanish body has certified Italtel in: Quality Management System with ISO 9001; IT Service Management System, with ISO/IEC 20000-1; Information Security Management System, with ISO/IEC 27001 and Business Continuity System, according to the ISO 22301 standard.
